The healthcare system meets people in the most vulnerable periods of their lives, whether it is when experiencing physical illness, childbirth, psychiatry or old age. We therefore need an inclusive healthcare system that has room to meet everyone.

How can healthcare professionals create an inclusive practice and meet a diverse group of patients and users with knowledge, respect and positive affirmation?
