Lady Bunny, now one of the most famous drag artists in the world, started her career along with the world-famous drag superstar RuPaul in Atlanta at the end of 70s / early 80s. In 1984 she moved to New York where she became one of the original Club Kids, and in 1985 she started Wigstock – the world’s largest drag festival.

Since then, she has had several appearances on documentary series, TV series and films, including the TV series “Sex and the city ”. Lady Bunny has also released a number of songs, remixes, and song parodies – preferably with a political twist. For instance she parodied the song “Harper Vally PTA,” and renamed it “The ballad of Sarah Palin ”. 

In 2013 Lybra Records published a remix of Lady Bunny’s song, “Take Me » and when Lady Bunny visited a jam-packed Pride Park 2018, she lifted the roof! This year, Lady Bunny will return to create a great atmosphere at USF Verftet.
